R-HAAN is an authentic Thai fine-dining restaurant, proudly awarded two Michelin stars, located in the heart of Bangkok. We are dedicated to crafting and delivering a complete fine-dining experience through the meticulous selection of premium Thai ingredients and indigenous herbs, combined with refined culinary artistry and impeccable service.
Our philosophy is to deliver “Wisdom of Thai Cuisine”—from time-honored traditional recipes to royal Thai cuisine, presented through flavors that engage all five senses and reveal the harmony of the eight dimensions of taste.
Moreover, R-HAAN would like to reflect Thai artistic heritage by hand-painted ceramic tableware crafted by master artisans, inspired by the beauty of royal palaces. Each dish is therefore not only a course but a work of art that conveys the legacy of Thai cuisine through flavor, narrative, and exquisite detail in every element.
Inspired by the Thai proverb, “In the water, there are fish; in the fields, there is rice,” which reflects the bounty of the Thai kingdom across every region, Thailand has diverse natural resources. These ingredients transform into culinary creations rich in value and unforgettable in flavor.
The menu at R-HAAN features three distinct seasonal sets: The Summer Samrub, The Rainy Samrub, and The Winter Samrub.
Led by the chef, exceptional Thai ingredients and herbs are carefully selected and crafted into refined Thai dishes using a variety of culinary techniques. Each menu is therefore about food, but also a narrative that conveys Thai stories, wisdom, and beauty, allowing guests to experience the delicacy, precision, and distinctive charm of Thai cuisine in every bite.
